Rates include the personalised welcome, cleaning, household linen and utilities.
Both the deposit and the balance can be paid by credit card. Depending on the cover provided by your bank, this payment method may allow you to benefit from the insurance and assistance linked to your card.

Answers to the questions we are asked most often before booking.
Outside the weekly-rental periods, stays start from three nights. During the high-season periods shown on the calendar, stays are booked for seven nights or more, from Saturday to Saturday.
Yes. Each gîte has its own living space and a private garden or terrace. Some also have a separate entrance with parking close by.
The pool is shared between the guests of the four gîtes. Its generous size means everyone can enjoy it comfortably. The private gardens and terraces preserve the privacy of each gîte.
No. The pool is not supervised and is used at guests' own risk. Children must remain under the constant supervision of the adults accompanying them.
Yes. Beds are made up before you arrive and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are not provided — please bring your own.
Yes. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, provided the gîte has been used normally and the instructions given on site have been followed.
Yes. Both the deposit and the balance can be paid by card, which also lets you benefit — depending on your contract — from the insurance attached to your card.
After your request, Pierric personally confirms availability and the rate. The booking becomes final once the 30% deposit and the signed rental contract have been received.
The balance is due no later than thirty days before your arrival.
Yes. A security deposit of 300 euros is taken on arrival and returned after the departure inventory, provided no damage is found.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. We ask you to call us about an hour before you arrive so that we are free to welcome you personally.
Departure is before 10 am on the last day.
Yes. The Logis is deep in the countryside. A car is essential to reach the shops, restaurants, villages and beaches, and to make the most of the region.
Pets are not admitted at the Logis de l'Épinière.
No. All the gîtes are non-smoking.
No. To preserve the quiet of the estate and the comfort of all our guests, parties, evening events and celebrations are not permitted.
Yes. The gîtes have free fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
Baby equipment can be provided on request: cot, high chair and baby bath.
The Grande Champagne gîte has a fireplace. It can be used in season, and firewood is included.
The usual opening period depends on the weather: we avoid heating the pool while the nights remain too cold.
